Frequently clients bring their dog in for a haircut and find out that due to its coat condition it may require a shave down or short clip. This often happens to high maintenance grooming dogs when busy owners have forgotten to book their appointment within the required time frame. It also happens as a result of a lack of ongoing brushing and coat maintenance. To prevent this we recommend pre-booking your appointments at a frequency that works for your dog's coat and your budget. Pre-booking guarantees you an appointment and allows us to book you with the same groomer. How does pre-booking work? After we groom your dog for the first time we will suggest the time that your dog should be in next. We will book your next appointment and call you as a reminder the day before your appointment.
